The Assembly of the Depositors' Guarantee Fund was held in Rome, convened in ordinary and extraordinary sessions, which resolved favorably on the proposed statutory and regulatory amendment compliant with the new legislative system regarding the guarantee of bank deposits.
The approved text is now subject to approval by the Bank of Italy, pursuant to art. 96-ter, paragraph 1, letter. to. of the T.U.B (Consolidated Banking Act).
