The new Statute of the FGD, proposed by the Council on 29 November 2016 and resolved by the Assembly on 19 December 2016, was approved by the Bank of Italy today, in compliance with the provisions of the Consolidated Banking Act (art. 96-ter , paragraph 1, letter a).
